The common areas are disgustingly dirty, old and unkept, and there is no parking available for friends or family who want to visit you. Also, the managment is unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful. If you do move here, make sure that you are aware that you will be charged at least $30-$50 in utilities every month, but won't be told how your utilities are calculated. Also, the elevators are old and scary.
