Earthquake Safe? These apartments, built in the seventies, stand on concrete stilts over one and two floors of open parking garages. Open ground floor buildings like this collapsed in San Francisco during the Loma prieta earthquake. They need retrofitting. Mention this to the homeowners

I am Happy! I am happy with the place. It is on the main street and no gates so things can happen, but i had a few complains and i was able to call the security company and they came right away and handled it. It has gotten better over time. The Maintenance are really nice and i feel safe
