Great Value, AWESOME Management - I share the frustrations with other posters that this complex is somewhat dated and not as upscale as Montecito or Regent On The Park (which were built more recently though). They should have fixed the apartments first, not the Courtyard.

While I no longer reside at Alpine and I finally moved out of this dump after I could no longer bare the wierdo-management on-site creapy maintanence man who is annoyingly loud and walks up and down the stairs slamming doors... the manager is not so great himself.
