spacious apartment with terrible parking

The short time I was here I grew to hate a couple of things. Some neighbors and the parking lot. I really loved that this apartment had alot of room. I even miss that luxury now. If you happen to have a nice car dont even park your car in the lot. People park like there are no lines painted in. They double park take up to 2 to 3 spaces. If you bother complaining to management or security. All they can give you is their sympathy. No solution. I would say there is some riff raff there too. I even saw a man peeing in the parking lot one time. Pretty disgusting. But what do you want for "inexpensive rent" and a lot of space.
