the staff is pretty much incomptent one says one thing the other says another. One experience to Share they never turned our trash and water bill on(it is impossible as the tenant to do this it has to be done by leasing office) so we assumed it was coming out of our rent. well they finnaly turned it on in out name in may when we moved in in august. Then back billed us and started tacking on late fee's after 1 week for a 400 dollar bill!!! Mind no notice of anything was ever giving nor an appology for there mistake.
