azusa grande is the most disgusting and filthy apartments i've ever seen in my life!!! there are cockroaches literally infested in these apartments. i once poured a bowl of cereal and two crawled out of my bowl. These cockroaches had already made a home for themselves, but i didnt find that out until the first night or two when i moved in. they are everywhere its a total nightmare!!they sprayed 2x for cockroaches and there are still 1000's of them everywhere !i had to throw away everything i owned b.c cockroaches were living in my tv, microwave etc.DISGUSTING!my car has been broken into 5 times , and ive only had the car less than a year . i got my radio and battery stolen and they left their old battery which didnt work next to my car !forget about parking on the street you"ll park several blocks away from where you live ,as its first come first serve! management is terrible and unprofessional! they dont even speak english ! their kids have to translate ! nothing gets fixed right away it takes forever !oh and i swear the people that live there have NO class or very little. they leave shopping carts everywhere in the courtyard ,in the front of the building. it looks awful no one cares . AND the laundry facility is filthy nasty ! i wouldnt ever use it , there's cockroaches there too and a bunch of lint behind the washers and dryers ,the washers have a bunch of laundry soap caked on the sides,and aren't very good quality at all ! the dryers are loaded with lint ,it needs to be cleaned out or something.AND my clothes have gotten stolen a couple of times right out of the dryer ! that is so lame ! theres always bums and other people digging through the trash all day long ! the pool rarely gets cleaned ! and they let way way too many people live in one apartment. they have apartments with more than the maximum amount of people allowed to live in it than california law allows !!! anyways , those are the main thigs i can think of . Seriously though , move to chino hills or diamond bar or Brea . Pay the extra few hundred dollars its well worth it !!!!
