I moved in a month ago and I've been happy with this apartment so far. It's quiet at night, and the staff/mechanics have been friendly & efficient. According to www.crimereports.com (site owned by LASD), there hasn't been any incidents recently. I'd recommend this apartment to everyone, whether if you're single or family of 4.

Are you kidding me! There is a police car in that lot at least 3 times a week! When we got our car broken into the officer told us that there are always car break ins and "it isn't a very ideal place to park a car with any valuables in it"....
