(1)security issue: Parking gates are opened all the weekend, people merchandising in most weekend. I don't know why would they even offer us gate controller.....
(2)Outdoor parking is TINY, I can't even open my coupe's door to it's half-open position because the next car is always just 1-ft from me.
I always open my door carefully but the others are not. There's a new dent on my door since I move in here. And I'm not gonna repair it until my lease is up (or the lease is broken), because I know it will get hit again, anyway.
(3)The worse part: My apartment is filled with cigratte smoke at evening. They came from the neighbor in this building through the A/C pipe. This might be a maintainence issue, otherwise they should restrict tenant smoking in apartment. Tried to report the problem to lease office but it doesn't help at all. They said they can do nothing to this: The girl told me "You can seal the vent so that the smoke will not able to go to your home any more..." WTF
There're other reviews about the smoke problem and somebody tried to explain it. The only help is now I know I'm not the on;y victim.
After all, can anyone tell me that is there any stat-law gonna help me on this'

When I typing this review, my rooms are still filled with smoke and it's very hard to breath. (I don't smoke at all and this is really killing me.)
Please, consider people's comment especially those who living there, not only the price. And let' see if they can fix these problem, or there're just more bad comment posted by other tenants.......

I am very interested in filing a suit against these apartments. I have spoken to lawyers and am well underway with a claim. I had to break my lease as well and will owe $8,000 unless the unit is rented. Don't try calling corporate, the VP is "B" and will make you feel insignificant. Sorry about your issue, the front desk is worthless as well.

Sir, I'm current tenant and I'm suffering the second hand smoke as well. Now I'm really intresting to what you're going to do becasue I think I have to take action to save my health now and someone must pay for this.
