The name has changed to Southills Townhome Apartments. This isn't really a bad place. It has improved a hell of alot in the last year. It just costs an arm and a leg to live here. Management is strong. On site maintenance guy seems to only know the very basic stuff. Heard that the owners are trying to sell the place by turning it into condos.... The rent increase is between 50 and 100 dollors a year. The high rent,yearly rent increase, and lack of parking are the only complants I have. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
