Half-decent place, as long as you don't expect too much

Stayed here with my wife for 7 months (our first apartment together).
- Dishwasher broke. The water didn't drain. Called maintenence. They "fixed" the problem promptly only for it to return a day later.
- Bedroom is poorly insulated. During winter, our bedroom was friggin COLD.
- Warm water in shower lasts ONLY about 12 minutes, so shower quick! Once it gets cold, it doesn't warm back up for another hour or so.
- Lack of storage space. Prepare to use your floors as storage space. Extreme lack of cabinet space.
- Packing SUCKS. Yes, there are plenty of parking spots... if you're prepared to WALK, which is difficult to do if you've got loads of groceries or you just bought a new TV and need to haul it to your apartment. Apparently, some residents get parking spots near their door. We, unfortunately, did not.
- No pet policy, but lots of people have pets. So if you've got a pet, chances are you can bring it. If you hate pets, be prepared to hear the RARE dog bark or the occasional ferret or dog being walked to the grass to poop.
