Overall I've got to say that this apartment is good but please do lower the prices of all units. It is rediculously high, let me tell you the lower the prices are the higher the population.
This complex has to concentrate on is the way the rights of the handicaps are, they need more accessible parking spots, offer units on lower levels near parking areas and to provide services to people who need assistance.
by California State Law it is prohibited to the denial a person with a disability to not have accessibility toward all structral units.
