The place is a dump! The kitchen sink garbage disposal keeps breaking ( 3 times in 1 year). Poor insulation in the apartment, very cold during the winter and very hot in the summer. Hot water lasts only about 10 minutes. Be prepared to take a very quick shower. Pets are visible everywhere...even though they have a no pets policy. Service is poor and non-existent. Management and staff are very rude! Rent increases 10% every year. A pure rip off. Don't waste your money on this dump...spend a little more, it's well worth it.
