GHASTLY HORRIFYING!!!!!!! --10 reasons to look away--

First, management is extremely rude. They laughed when we asked if they lived here onsite, which should have been an obivous reason to RUN! Maria was quite pleasant up to the point she had our deposit, and then all of a sudden the horns came out. She chose to tow a car that was accidently parked in the spot next to mine, WITH AN APARTMENT PERMIT TAG SAYING I OWNED IT. She even claimed it sat there overnight and had a warning on it for hours, when it was only parked an hour and the tow truck company confirmed the time she called, which conflicted with the info she gave us. It cost almost $300.00 to get out of tow yard.

Second, water does not EVER get hot, only mildly warm, and showers are 10 minutes or less. We have 4 people and it takes 4 hours for us to all shower, and we still end up freezing in the end.

Third, in the first 2 weeks, 2 of our cars were broken into. In one car the $1000.00 ECM was stolen from under the carpet and in the second the police luckily caught them. They were even parked inside the complex. Security hides in the back talking on their cell phones and don't notice anything.

Fourth, the laundry rooms SUCK! They have lots of washers and dryers, but not even 1/2 of them work. The dryers have to dry twice, at least. On top of it all, they close at 9 PM. The security will lock them early often, with washers still going, so you have to get up at 6 am to get your clothes before they are stolen or thrown away. Plus, several tenants have complained about panty theft.

Fifth, there is an a/c, but it is a wall unit that you can not feel when you stand right next to it. There is very poor insulation so you freeze in winter and burn in summer. The apartment is generally 15 degrees hotter/colder than the outside.

Sixth, EVERY SATURDAY morning, before 9 am, the trash man comes and sets off every car alarm (usually 7-8 cars) which go off for a good 30 minutes as he makes he route thru the complex. Plus, if you are lucky enough to have your car alarm go off, you have to get up and walk all the way to your parking spot and shut it off, only to get back in your toasty bed and hear it go off again, after which you give up and decide to go chat with him while he finishes his work. (He's a cool guy though:)

Seventh, when we came here interested in a 2 bedroom Maria showed us a 1 bedroom and assured us the 2 bedrooms would be the same size as the bedroom in the 1 bedroom. The 2 bedroom was not available to look at, but we stupidly trusted her. After paying the 1st month rent and getting the keys, we walk in to find the second room 1/2 the size of the master. It could barely fit a full size bed.

Eighth, there are kids outside screaming constantly. They play and skateboard in the carports, often denting and scratching cars and at early hours. They have parties outside with 25 kids and make much noise and mess. And I love kids, but these are out of control.

Ninth, yes there are 2 sparkling pools and a jacuzzi. What they don't mention is that one is closed and is a stinky swamp just outside many apartment windows. The other is outside a sliding glass door in front of the manager's office, with maintenance men peeping constantly. Also, it frequently closes for construction, and supposed "cleaning."

Tenth, everyone's cars have been damaged from the entry driveway. No matter where you enter your car scrapes. Plus, visitors have to go around the block and make a u-turn to find any parking spots, a good 5 minute walk to almost any apartment.

We have hated every day we have lived here. In a very short time they increased our rent by $25/month. There are no amenities, just failed promises. The staff are scandalous and not to be trusted.
