Yearly rent increases!

You start out with your regular rent for about 1 or 2 years if that. And then it increases slowly to $10, $15, $20, $25, $40. Rents have increase to the public. We paid last year for a two bdrm, $825/mo., new tenants $1045/mo. How fair is that! Management and maintence are rude. Yes it's cold in the winter and hot in the summer bad insulation. Car theft area! Poor security. Women need to be careful!
