I lived here for a year and I was glad to get out. I feared for my car, stuff, etc. Shady people roam around looking for stuff to take. I had to call the police on one occasion on a person trying to break in to a neighbors apartment. The kids and teens would ride their bikes and skateboards in the parking lots, sometimes sitting on cars (I had to tell some to stay away from mine). My neighbors were quiet, not everyone was that luxury. There are car alarms that go off at all times (but mostly early mornings thinking someone is breaking in).
Parking sucks for guests or a second car.
They also rip you off with a collection agency to get you to pay water.
This place is hit or miss but I never felt safe here.
