I used Aprtmentratings.com when looking for apartment, so i guess i should contribute my share to the community.

Moved in here since May 09, so far everything looks good.
=> reasonably priced
=> i have good neigbors, quiet and friendly.
=> management responses promptly on my calls.
=> it's an old aprtment but well-kept.
=> Always see the security officer around the property, which is good.

Some people do mentioned the management overcharged them when moving out. I'll keep my eyes on it and let you guys know if that happened to me. Thanks.
