Still Satisfied I have lived at Sunset Garden Apartments for three years now and am still satisfied. The management is very professional, and friendly. I am considering moving to a larger unit within the complex. Prices are competive. It is a great place to live while you save to buy!

Fairly safe according to LASD. I moved in a month ago and I've been happy with this apartment so far. It's quiet at night, and the staff/mechanics have been friendly & efficient. According to www.crimereports.com (site owned by LASD), there hasn't been any incidents recently.

LIVING CONDITIONS WE HAVE LIVED AT CALIFORNIA VILLAGES FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW AND WE HAVE HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS. THE STAFF AT CALFORNIA VILLAGES IS VERY HELPFUL TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE.

Nice place. I've lived here for a year now and I really like the place. The apartments are spacious, the neighborhood is quiet, people keep to themselves, and the staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
