PEOPLE...PLEASE! THIS IS A REVIEW ONLY. THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR AN APARTMENT FOR RENT BUT EVERYONE KEEPS CALLING AND ASKING TO SEE THE APARTMENT! PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AND ASK FOR AN APARTMENT. WE HAVEN'T HAD AN OPENING IN YEARS...AND WE WON'T ANYTIME SOON!

Parking for me has been perfect. I have 2 spaces for my roommate and I and they're large and easily accessed. Parking for others hasn't been as good. There are not enough spaces for the tenants even with 2 tenants not owning a vehicle. There are two garages that have swing up doors (controlled by remote)...one on the north side, one on the south and they do not connect. Sadly, some people that park on the street are stupid enough to think the garages connect under the building and on 3 occasions in 3 years, I have had people towed because they were blocking one of the entrances. The north garage has a steep downward angle for entry making it difficult for large/long vehicles to access. Unfortunately, the garage door opener must be used to exit the garage as there is no sensor.

If all doors and windows are closed, there is more than adequate insulation as I do not hear my neighbours.

The grounds are simple with minimal landscaping. The paint in the courtyard is showing signs of wear but at night or when it's not too light outside, it looks quite nice and clean.

The front door is a limited access entry. Tenants must use a key to enter and guests must be buzzed in by the phone system. There is more than adequate lighting inside and outside of the apartment complex.

The construction of the building seems adaquate with no major faults. One major flaw is the heating system for all of the units. The heat is thermostatically controlled via a rheostat on the wall. The heating elements are in the ceiling and the heat radiates downward. This is a very serious design flaw that is very inefficient.

As the resident manager, I try to keep the grounds as clean as possible. There is also a crew of landscapers that comes once per week and blows all of the dirt and debris out of the courtyard.

I'm the sole staff member here. if there is ever a problem, I try to take care of what is in my ability immediately. Other issues that are taken care of by the owner and/or contracted companies is usually tended to within a couple days.
