Couldn't have said it better myself. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   It's a great building, great neighbors and neighborhood. One gigantic problem: the crazy building manager. For three weeks he was as nice as could be. He would sign for packages, remedy our complaints, etc. Then one night I got locked out of my apartment because we have an extremely tempermental lock. He accused me of breaking my key off on purpose! then wouldn't return my phone calls for three days! then served me a 3-day notice of eviction! if I refused to pay him 300 dollars. Dude is IN...sane.
