Everything about this place is fantastic, the location, the apartments...except for the PSYCHO manager. He admits he is bio polar-and has harrassed me on a number of occassions. He loves to threaten to evict people and will be nice to you one minute and completley do a 180 the next. Everyone in the building hates him-and its only a matter of time before someone takes action. He has a dog but recently made a rule that no one else can have pets...loves to send letters to tenants-overall ridiculous.
