The manager at the versailles beverly hills is May Ling she is so rude .She hung up on me numerous times.Was rude and did not explain how to go about getting a room. I was phoning from the uk and she kept putting me on hold to talk in her native language ...... I think chinese.I got very very frustrated. She should be fired and replaced by some one who is better with people on the phone. Incredibly rude especially as the prices are so high.May ling you are the weakest link good bye..... I hope.
