This is a pretty decent looking apartment building, however, in my opinion, the owners only care about collecting the rent each month and not providing proper maintenance, replacing old fixtures, safety to the residents, removing fire hazards, etc. (I think you get what I mean). If these things concern you, then I would not even think of moving in here!
