Villa Cezanne is literally falling apart - there is mold in the building that the property management company refuses to acknowledge in addition to substantial termite damage, failure to repair problems with locks/gates, and a "pool" that is only 3 feet deep which I can only describe as false advertising. They have been through building managers repeatedly because even they give up on getting the property management company to follow through with keeping things up to code. To top it all off, it's drastically over priced. Do NOT move in to Villa Cezanne. You will only regret it.

You call someone a "rude tenant" when you don't even know the person and this person has lived here for years....And is telling the truth? I also believe that there is a sign on the roof where the pool is that says "no pets allowed on the roof." So you want to swim with other dogs in the pool when they are not even allowed on the roof? Now who is the "rude tenant"?

Im far from rude I have class which seems you are lacking You really need to find another outlet to vent your frustrations If your unhappy you are only making your own situation worse find a place where you will be happy and perhaps that doesnt allow pets there are plenty of them or maybe if you had one you might be happier with yourself
