Not bad for the price in the neighborhood, which is overpriced. Includes utilities. Most of the ppl here are nice and respectable. Maintenance has not been a problem for me. A little grungy here and there, and dated. Great rooftop pool and little gym. Convenient location to entertainment.

This posting had to be made by the Landlord, the Building Manager or a friend of theirs. Nobody who lives in this building would give anything for this building but the worst review available. Also, nobody in this building who has lived here for even a little while would "recommend" this place to others. Website owner, please check out if this review is legitimate!

The response is legit. I am a resident since 05 and not the manager or friends with. I even have some dislike for the manager, but it could be worse. Some of us who live here are actually somewhat satisfied. I'm sorry you are so upset.
