WOW I read these reviews and I wonder if its the same building I just leased my apt in. I took a tour with a very helpful managemnt team ----- and was very impressed with the ammentities and the beautiful apt with dropp dead beautiful views from my balcony . The apt was completley beautiful from top to bttm with everything being new. There were no smells in the building thank goodness and it was very nice. I decided to take the great view apt and then I read all these negative comments which seem so differnt then what I have seen there , and Im looking for the dogs in the pool to play with ... Im sure Harley my dog will love them however he doesnt like to swim . I really like the monitered security system for the property and garage theres alot of safety ....

Well I hope it goes well for you sabastian34. After being here over 4 years, I feel trapped because the rents in the area have risen so much, but I'd rather go somewhere else. I've written some nice things about VC here before, but I've come around to being disappointed with management's lack of care for the existing residents. They'll get you in and then forget you. Yeah the views from some units and the rooftop pool are great. The maintenance guy and the cleaning lady are fine and friendly, but I've become disappointed with -----'s lack of people savvy, forgetfulness, broken promises, and lack of desire to make a happy community. This place could be so much better with little effort. I always have hope, but it has become dimmer.

I don't know what building you moved into, but it sounds like you haven't lived here long enough to find out what living here is all about. I feel sorry for your future let-downs when you do. I guess it's just a coincidence that this review was made when there are vacancies, move-in rents have been lowered, and there is a person holding a sign up the street many days with the apartment name on it and an arrow facing the apartment building....hmmmmmmm.

I moved into the same building you do and there is no coincidence I decided to write this review when I read all of yours this has nothing to do with any vacancies and any other situations that are occuring there obviously I have no problem stating my name I dont need to address it as anonymous also as for the comment of them holding sighn who really cares have you noticed alot of business do that its the econmy we are in they are not the only ones holding sighns I think you are being very petty if you have real complaints thats one thing but making stupid comments about holding sighns is pathetic. And your right I havent lived there long enough I just moved in and my apt is brand new Im sure I wont have any let downs and also If you are unhappy there no one is forcing you to stay WE all make choices and if anyone is unhappy with any situation they are currently living your always welcome to find a positive soulution to your unhappy one .........Unfortuanetly in life there are always going to be situations that one is unhappy with . We can either make our lives happy or we can all contribute to make it miserable. You decide what it is going to be dont let otehrs or this complex do it for you. Believe me Ive moved places where I have been miserable whether its management or a crazy neighbor etc I solved it I found a happy enviornment. Lets not waste precious time on things that really arent that important Live for today tomorrow is never promised. Peace and be happy
