Oh my God!!!

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1996
 
ONe of the worst experiences I have ever had with a rental in this or any city. The manager, Jane Foster, is an infuriating woman who sees this place as HER domain, and God help you if you should upset this dowager queen in her domain. She will do anything and everything possible to make your life a living hell if and when she sees fit.
