Jane the manager is a horribly inept person for the job

I will be brief--Jane the property manager is completely unqualified for her job as apartment manager. She lies, favors tenants and should be fired immediately. Decron should be ASHAMED of themselves for having someone so completely manipulative, absent minded and downright stupid in this posisiton. SHAME ON YOU
