One of the residents always decorates for Halloween and Christmas and this is a really nice festive touch. Paul is still managing the place? I lived there a long time ago back in 1996. Paul was crazy and difficult to deal with then too. I felt bad for his wife who came here from somewhere in eastern Europe and seemed terrified and spoke no English. I hope she escaped from him. Don't live there.

Great locations ... Greater Management I moved into this building last year right when they hired a new manager. She has really turned this place around and strives to keep the residents happy. My maintenance request are handled in a timely manor and the staff is also very nice. The roof top pool

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The water that comes out of the faucet has been brown for years. Constant construction noise makes this place unlivable. Management routinely shuts off the water for hours and days at a time without any compensation
