	. The price is ok. A lot of people wont clean up there yard area. A lot of the parents dont watch there small children here. Also Cristina the mgr is very nice.

	there manager christina is very crappy. The worst manager ever!! I live there several years and my car was broken into twice. Parking is rediculous and you have parking enforcements there expecting a violation everyday. I got a parking violation ... more

	This is the most horrible & ghetto place I've lived. I'm so glad I've moved. Living here was hell. You have cops parked outside in the parking every night. So many ghetto -------- causing problems. My car window was completley shattered ... more
