Apartment complex is very nice. However the manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional, she is completely unwilling to help you out and is completely demeaning in nature. Some staff is nice and helpful, however the manager will go behind their backs and overrule their decisions. Complex is tremedously overpriced and no utilities are included. Rethink moving in here as there are equally nice complexes within minutes and a fraction of the cost. Not to mention the management is undoubtably better.

I will not be renewing my lease. This complex has beautiful grounds but management is not kind or helpful. They cant even fill all the apartments. This place asks way too much for rent and I do not suggest moving here...you can rent a really nice house with a back yard for what they charge here.

Thanks for this...as I was looking to move to Sac and the ad looks nice but I noticed they don't post their prices, which means they can charge anything per month. The demand for income verification and personal information is too much for an Extended Stay. If you have good credit and credit card, that should suffice right? Not that I have any financial issues but I had being investigated.
