Yes, I have to agree the property is lush and kept up very well, but unfortunately those are the only good aspects of this place.
I was so excited when I first moved here, over a year ago, but things turned for the worse quickly. Like others I was tricked by the beautiful complex. I thought how could anything bad come from this place. Well....I was WRONG!
For starters the manager is rude and acts like she is better than you. The other staff is nice, but the manager also treats them poorly. Don't ever ask for anything to be fixed, because it's like pulling teeth! They are way over priced for the neighborhood. Just because you live a mile from Downtown doesn't mean you should be charged Downtown prices! Obviously because of their price range they haven't been very strict lately on their guidelines, and have been letting trash move into the place just to fill the vacancies. It used to be so nice to pull in and see well kept tenants and their belongings, but now you see kids outside at night smoking, and doing who knows what, and broken down cars left parked outside. This is not what I expected from this complex. I don't feel safe walking outside at night to take out the trash or check my mail. For example I went to get my mail one night and as I walked around the corner there were these three kids smoking weed by the mail boxes! They ran off as soon as they saw me. Not to mention my parking spot is on the other side of the building I live in....give me a break. How much do I pay again....' I have no idea how some people have parking spots right in front of their door, and others have to walk what feels like a mile to get to their spot! Just another reason not to live here. The management also likes to give out compliance letters like she's meeting some quota, but then again that's only for the tenants who she chooses to harass. They are many others who break lease compliances, but somehow they get overlooked. Hmmmm.....
Well, I could go on and on, but hopefully my point is clear. The bad much out weighs the good.

Yes this place is a very bad place with a very bad vibe-it looks like paradise-but what lys beneath the outcore is a rotten inner-core-Manager-is a cold cold person with no life to her, and her Book Keep is a snake, that is hating life. The tenants half of them-are fillers-I moved in when it first opened-and it got bad after a year, and I had to deal with a bad tenant that moved in below me-and thier confidentiality claus-dont beleive it-they gave the tenant my name-after I complained-and the tenant-came to my door threatening me. Maintenance requests never got done, or it took forever-I kept a list of everything that never got fixed from prior to my move-in, and Management was embarrased when she did her walk through-and I got my full deposit back-because I kept it spotless. ------ at APM is also another ----- wears prada B****. This place is down right wierd-and I am glad I left

I actually know who this person is, a former neighbor. She is phsyco...lots of mental issues. SHe didnt like that anyone moved by her, so she started complaing about everything. ALL THE TIME. She is the worst type of neighbor you want to have, things are so much more peaceful since she left! Thank you for leaving our new neighbor is so sweet and wonderful!
