The apartments are okay, im a student, and this is a good deal evrythings included in the rent i dont have to pay bills all over town. its pretty cheap, people dont really bother you. the neighborhoods not that bad the apartments cover the whole street all the way down so its kinda like its own neigborhood. ive never had a problem with people drinking or doing drugs, and i see kids playing together all the time
