This place is a dump. I've lived there off and on but the last year or so I lived there it really went down hill. My car was broken into one time and vandalized on another occasion. The cops frequent the place as well as the apartments accross the street. Total ghetto. Homies hanging out front all hours and dealing drugs as well as using them. Different manager every month it seemed like. Oh yeah, and the one bedrooms have the bathroom in the bedroom. I personally dislike that.

It wasn't always a dump. Around 1996 there was a manager named Gina. Her husband tried to clean the place up...until they took off with everyone's RENT MONEY..then there was RUBY... She did absolutely nothing ( I hear that she manages the apartments by the river on 4th street)...now, Elizabeth. She is two faced and does nothing. However, ALL ALONG, Tiffany Manor is known for Child molesters, Parolees, Drug Dealers and the poor people that are on AIDE of some kind that just can't get out.
