I think things have changed radicallly for the better in the past couple of years here.
It's a pretty barren setting outside in the surrounding neighborhood, but the actual apartment complex has real charm. Management here is intelligent and tolerant...of the right things. For example, there are many children here and they play - very nicely- on the central lawn every day. Today I saw children's chalk drawings on one of the walkways. It's a pleasure to see them happy. So if you don't like children, this would be the wrong place for you. This is the lowest rent I've found. And the most space. If you are a little arty, you might well enjoy this place. Definately worth a look.
