They kicked out my friend so the manager can live there, and they treat everyone as if they are lower than them just because many families are low-income. Horrible maintainance, the only thing they care about is the smoking detectors check-up. whenever we ask them for anything that needs to be fixed they'll charge us double what it cost. the Manager's daughter is in High school and she so arrogant and smokes.I am so happy I will be moving out of this horrible management.

I heard from a lot of long term residents that people complain and not get their way then post bad thing. You pay double for a repair that's YOUR fault because you are taking valuable time from a maintenance worker to repair it, adding labor. They don't work for free, do you? you cheap people that tear your things up and let your kids do the same TAKE responsibility. And no that woman was not kicked out. I know who you are talking about. she was a welcome sight to see leave she lived in the very next buliding as i do and she was filth. not to mention she bragged how she is "moving" and getting her deposit back even though the manager said she needs to pay for repairs. Funny how people post such bad things and not even tell everything. they are fine people that offer affordable housing and half of people live there drive a mercedes. so horrible they take from someone that really NEEDS afoordable housing and still be the ones to complain. i am happy here!

this is the mananger talking thats exactly what im talking about, they brake so many fair housing laws that some day the will be surprised when someone sue them and the stupid john stewart company(steve is very uninteligent for letting this property go down hell

You just play the system. I didn't move out because of the management, I moved out because the place was filling with ghetto dwellers and got sick of the self entitled sponges off the government. They are more than fair, have you seen the people they allow to live there? If the government is involved in any way, including affordable housing, you can bet ghetto like you is under every rock.
