Very good place, but management...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
It is very good place for living, especially for children, I like this place, but I don't know why the management strongly dislike people who live there, especially Russian who speak English not so good. And one more thing, the pets are not welcome, but some people can have it and the manager too.
