I like the Monticello - I must say I am very fond of the Monticello and so far so good. Awesome Place to live!!! Great apartments...very nice. Staff is great, and maintenance always gets the service order done in a timly matter. I recommend this place, if you like the West Sacramento area. This part of West Sac is really nice...and its close to the freeways for me.

It's not that bad I live here! The apartments are okay, im a student, and this is a good deal evrythings included in the rent i dont have to pay bills all over town. its pretty cheap, people dont really bother you. the neighborhoods not that bad the apartments cover the whole street
