This is to counter the previous opinion posted.
8555 Emerson is next to Manchester Blvd which is extremely noisy. Residents tend to enjoy slamming the doors. Lots of silverfish are found in bathtubs and sinks. Neighbors are noisy at times, playing loud music.
Landlord recently sold property to a company in Arizona called Palmcroft. Apartment Manager appears rude and intimidating. Takes them forever to address a workorder.
Theft appears quite often, stolen car radio, lost wallets, etc.
Prices are getting sky high when the interior appears to be worn out.
Not recommended. Looks elsewhere.
