Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
There is alot of partying, loud music, pet rabbits/dogs defecating in the halls going uncleaned. I'm not sure they even allow pets.
Housekeeping mopping the halls with sour water. Rat droppings in hall.
Screaming/yelling coming from apartments. Management is one person who lives
in an apartment without an office and any needs you might have are absolutely ignored. Leaving any messages on managers answering machine for any maintenance concerns goes ignored.
Washers/dryers constantly broken. (there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for everyone) Be prepared for the public laundrymat!
Most importantly, I had a nanny cam and caught the creepy manager entering my apartment without permission for no reason milling around. I moved immediately.
