Keep Looking!! - There is alot of partying, loud music, pet rabbits/dogs defecating in the halls going uncleaned. I'm not sure they even allow pets. Housekeeping mopping the halls with sour water. Rat droppings in hall. Screaming/yelling coming from apartments. Management is one person who lives in an apartment without an office and any needs you might have are absolutely ignored. Noisy Manchester blvd is very noisy with sirens-being main they need to take( and we were on the quiet side of the building )
we were without air conditioning on and off for the year we were there.
Management is non-responsive. Neighbors throw parties and go undisciplined.

Nice apartments nasty staff These apartments are pretty and you do get what you pay for. But the management staff needs customer service lessons and quick. No one wants to deal with the attitude from upper managememnt. I called to complain about an ongoing leak that the last manager has not fixed

8555 Emerson is next to Manchester Blvd which is extremely noisy. Residents tend to enjoy slamming the doors. Lots of silverfish are found in bathtubs and sinks. Neighbors are noisy at times, playing loud music. ..full review of Emerson Apartments
