Pros:
Great location, nice scenery, maintenance staff quick to repair things, open spaces, nice apartment layout
Cons:
- Sounds like an earthquake whenever person in upper unit walks or slams door
- Shower switches from normal to scalding to freezing with little warning (I got used to it by listening for pressure change, but not expected at these prices)
- No in-room laundry (although the on-site laundry machines are quite good)
- Heater works intermittently
- AC works well, but then stops working if it over heats.
- My carport was broken into 3 times, I told the staff and they told me to get back to them when I knew the car port number. Customer service lacking.
- Water was shut off for 24 hours without warning. I went in to let them know and I was told "Yes, the water is back on now". No apology, no explanation.
I think the area is quite safe, but don't trust car port area as mine was broken into. I park where I can see my car from my apartment now. My neighbors are mostly quiet, but the thin floors cause a problem even with silent people. I would not recommend a lower unit, but might an upper unit if the price was right.
