TWLV is a great complex due to its free cable, free water/trash and the units are great size. The only real complaint is with the leasing and maitenance staff. If you have a maitenance request expect it to take a few months and if you talk with the leasing agents...they are super nice but dont follow thru. In general it is a great place to live without any frills so if you fine on your own and can ignore the lack of maitenance and staff help you will get a great place for a great price.
