I currently do not live in Westlake Village but I did a few years ago. I wish I would have known about this website, then I would have made another choice.
I was working for Amgen in Thousand Oaks and moved from out-of-state. From day one, after the agreement was signed, they were rude and inflexible. I was ready to tell the moving truck to go somewhere else. For a gated community, I thought it was going to be nice.
Living accommodations are small and old for the money. My downstairs unit was like being in jail. There are too many other choices.
Don't waste your money there.
