Sutton Place Apartments

This Place Sucks!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have been here for 3 years and not one thing about this place is great. This IS a training facility for Arnel and the turnover rate is crazy. Car has been broken into, laundry stolen, (when my laundry was stolen I asked if I could see the video because there is a video camera facing into the laundry room. I was told that I neede to call corporate which I did 5,000 times and never heard back from them.)plumbing sucks, thin walls, high rent etc. In fact, when my lease expired last year I decided that I would renew the lease one more time because I am moving out of state and instead of going through 2 moves I just decided to stay. I saw some "internet specials" for new tenants but I did not "qualify" because I was already a tenant. I pay 250.00 more a month then new tenants that is --------!!!!! PWP - Pacific Water and Power....... Owned by Arnel and actuallt sued and lost about 6 years ago. I live alone hardly ever home and have a $60.00 bill a month. What a joke. Oh yeah..... they also like to come in to your place once in a while to check your fire alarm to make sure it works. Crock of ----!!!! Secured..... My ass. I was told that there is a security guard here all night. Actually what they forgot to tell you is that really it is the tow company that rolls in here every couple of hours to tow vehicles that do not have there "tags." And trust me they will tow any vehicle in a heartbeat. Probably owned by Arnel also. Well the tow company is also the "security guard" that I pay for. That is what I was told by corporate. Halfway house right across the street (you will see them in the summer time when they are by the pool) and also a motel 6 next door which is full of tweekers. Bottom line, this place sucks!!!
