I am shock to see a lot of bad reviews

I lived in Tres Vidas for 4 years. I never had any problems with management in fact they were very nice. They always fixed anything that needed to be fixed within 24 hours. They took very good care of the whole complex.

They threw a few parties for the tenants several times a year. Donuts were sometimes given on Sunday's. Cookies and candy was always in the office area for anyone to eat. Prizes were given several times a year.

I had to break my lease early because I bought a house and management really helped us find another tenant that was able to take over my lease. When I moved out, I received all of my deposit back. It was hard to leave Tres Vidas.

Wow - well good for you :) I wish my experience with them had been so nice. It was horrible for me - one of the worst places I had ever lived. However I lived there a year or two before you - so maybe things had changed in that time.
