I am shock to see a lot of bad reviews - I lived in Tres Vidas for 4 years. I never had any problems with management in fact they were very nice. Cockroach I suffered from roaches for the 5 months I was in Villa Toscana and now I need to fight the corporate office to get out of the contract.
Maybe I was unlucky? Not according to a number of tenants that I spoke with, I wasn't the only one that suffered.

It's not so bad... We moved in in april and its not that bad. I'm not sure if its where we are located. The staff are quite helpful. The one bad thing is the bugs you get from time to time. What can you expect when you are surrounded by trees. Overall and so far so good.
