I would not recommend The Plaza to anyone!!
Our apartment had flooded everytime it has rained this year. It is not water proofed and apparantly has been flooding since 2003 (and probably beyond) See below for all other issues....oh and one time I came home from work to a hole in my shower ceiling. It looked like an animal fell through...

The only thing "luxorious" about this place is your check they cash each month!
