very noisy...just bad..

it's my corporate apt. I'm staying here for 10 month...it's just awuful.....
it's very very noisy...in the early morning..i can hear neighbor's shower..
also...neighbers are very noisy...at night...
i just stayed because i did'n pay myself..
if i pay my own money...it's just wasting money!!!
