Really Nice, but starting to get expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   This really is a terrific place to live. The manager, Maria, is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy, Lawrence, is prompt, helpful, and through. The living room and bedrooms are HUGE, and the grounds and pool are some of the best I've ever seen. Unfortunately, the owner, Ted, has been continually raising the rent to the point where you now question to live there or not. In the time that I've lived there, I've seen the rent for a one bedroom rise from a start of $500 to now being $925, and I haven't been there that long (only 6 years). That in my opinion is too much too fast. And it is the only reason that I'm considering leaving the property
