TOXIC MOLD!!! WATCH OUT!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   There is major problem with black toxic mold. The mold has been in our kitchen cabinets, discoloring of the walss, black mold between the linoleum and mold in the bathroom. I have become sick because of this problem. The maintenance crew is a disaster to get anything fixed and on top of that our hot water is turned off. I can't sleep at night because of the damn floor boards creak so badly from the upstaris tenants. The managers don't give a damn about their tenants. There are cats everywhere and it stinks of cat sh---. Please don't move in these apartments. Your health is more important.
