Avoid this like the plague From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   You will look at this place and think it's a nice calm small complex. This complex is seriously screwed up - both the people and the building itself. Your water will be shut off every so often for 'repairs' - this occurs so frequently, you almost need to plan on how you're going to take a shower somewhere else. The manager is inept and knows nothing about managing an apartment complex. You can also forget about getting your deposit back, as any excuse will be made to charge you.
